October 27th, 2011 (Thursday)(Travel Day) – Fly from San Jose into Portland, Oregon. Stay overnight at the Monaco, Portland, http://www.monaco-portland.com. Have dinner at the world famous Peruvian Restaurant, Andina. Rated the top restaurant in Portland! http://www.andinarestaurant.com 

October 28th, 2011 (Friday)(Garden & Cultural Day) – Visit the Portland Japanese and Chinese Gardens. Drive North to Olympic National Park. Stop at various places along the route to photograph Mt. Rainier. Hike to Stafford Falls. Stafford Falls is a beautiful emerald green falls and has been rated by Pancho Doll and many others as the top falls in the United States to kiss. It is a beautiful enclosed falls surrounded by lots of overhanging Hemlock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zubCzy2etig  

  Have Dinner at Acadia or Bete Lukas Ethiopian Restaurant. http://bete-lukas.com
 Stay overnight at the Magnificent Colombia River Gorge hotel with adjoining waterfall.

October 29th, 2011 (Saturday)(Waterfall Hike Day) – Visit the beautiful Colombia River Gorge. An especially dramatic and scenic portion of the river cuts through the Cascade Mountain Range, creating the 100-mile-long and 3,000-foot-deep Columbia River Gorge. The Colombia River Gorge has over 1000 waterfalls! We plan to stop at Multnomah Falls for lunch at the Multnomah Lodge and take photographs. The Multnomah Lodge is famous for its fresh caught Trout! A real treat! Visit and hike to Fairy Land Falls, Ramona Falls, Emerald Gorge, Hidden Falls, and Oneonta Falls. We will then travel to the Eagle Creek area and Hike to Punch Bowl Falls. Spend a few hours at the falls to take photographs. Travel to Eugene, Oregon. Have dinner at Marche. http://www.marcherestaurant.com

October 30th, 2011(Sunday)(Hot Springs Hike Day) – Travel south to Bagby Hot springs. Visit the hot springs and photograph the falls. Visit the South Willamette wine country. Soak in the hot springs for a few hours. Travel south to Terwilliger Hot Springs. Take photographs and soak for a few hours. Drive back to Portland, Oregon and fly home.
